This house is gorgeous. Light and airy with beautiful floorboards you will love having your next holiday here. With the beach only a short walk away, you will be able to park the car and completely relax.Once inside you come down a couple of stairs into a funky split level open plan living/dining with timber raked ceilings. The furniture is modern and the house has a lovely coastal feel. Next to the dining room is the kitchen which is fully equipped for everything you will need to cook up a feast for your family. Our owners have thoughtfully provided NBN, internet TV and books and games to keep the kids entertained. Split system air conditioning in the living area will keep you cool in summer and warm in winter.Walk to 2 gorgeous beaches and you have the perfect location for a great holiday.There are 3 bedrooms - the main has a queen bed, the second room a double and the third a tri-bunk for the kids.All linen is included so you don't need to worry about bringing anything except your beach towels.There is a lovely modern main bathroom with a bath and a convenient second toilet.Outside is a paved area with large gas BBQ and outdoor seating to while away the afternoons and enjoy the bird life.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was just what we needed for our family trip to Batemans Bay. The house is light and well maintained with indoor and outdoor eating/sitting areas.Check-in process was also easy. The location of the house is the main draw, just a few minutes walk to Sunshine bay and less than 1km to Denhams and Surf beach. We enjoyed pizza from Heat at Batehaven and trivia nights at Malua Bay bowlo. Would 100% recommend the house and the area to friends.
