Set in a quiet street, Spindrift Beach House has welcomed sun seekers for decades. A true holiday house with its own charm that has been renovated for comfort. You can enjoy ocean views from most rooms and sleep with sounds of the surf leaving you in no doubt you’re at the seaside! It’s not a new, marble mansion but has its own the relaxing calm. Ideal for a small family, two couples and bunk beds for kids.
A mere 100m walk to the calm blue waters of Casey’s Beach. Not known for big surf and excellent for younger children, swimming, canoeing and SUP. A short stroll from the front door takes you on a headland walk to Sunshine Cove, a pebbly beach for a free foot massage with rock pools to explore and many wildlife encounters.
You can wander down the beach to local coffee shops, grocers and restaurants. There are easy walking trails to secret beaches and local observation points. See how many places along the bay you can spot Spindrift from! Travel a little further and you will find Bateman’s Bay, with pubs, shops, a cinema, pool and any amenities you might need.
There is undercover parking for two small cars and house and garden are easily accessible with only one step throughout.
The house has a large open-plan sitting area with comfy chairs for the family to gather in, play board games, watch telly and relax - Wifi and Netflix available. The dining area is generous and informal with beach views.
The backyard is surprisingly large and private with a comfy covered seating area. Step further into the old style garden, you will find a second dining area with a Weber barbeque and an open fireplace. Pick some fresh herbs and salad from the garden and cook up a storm outdoors or in the well-equipped kitchen with excellent appliances.
The laundry is practical with washing machine and backyard Hills hoist for beach gear.
There is a sunny deck out the front overlooking the beach and the Bay sunsets are often lovely.
