Oceans is a freestanding split level home perched high on the clifftop overlooking the Pacific Ocean and the Tollgate Islands. Upstairs has spacious open plan living and kitchen all with ocean views. Separate dining room.
Downstairs bedrooms sleep up to ten with three queen bedrooms with ocean views, the master with ensuite and walk-in robe. The fourth bedroom is ideal for 2 adults OR 4 children/ teens, with a single over double bunk and a trundle bed underneath. We recommend a maximum of 8 adults. Furnishings and amenities have recently been refreshed.

Catalina Country Club and Golf Course is a 5 minute drive.
A multitude of other beautiful beaches a short drive away including Malua Bay and Broulee. Mogo Zoo 15 minutes. Birdland and Batemans Bay Marina 5 min drive. Narooma and Mollymook/Milton 45 minute drive. Moruya Airport is 20 minutes away. Clyde River is home to fresh oysters and great for river boat tours and kayaking. The Batemans Bay and Eurobodalla area is fabulous for beaches, walking, hiking, kayaking, snorkelling and boating.
