Set in a beautiful nature reserve surrounded by forests and nature trails the villa is close to restaurants (800 m) and within easy driving distance of shops (10 km). The setting is perfect for those who love nature, hiking and cycling and the villa is within easy driving distance of the main Tuscan cities such as Pisa (25 km), Lucca (25 km), Livorno (30 km) and Viareggio (35 km).
Villa Enza (140 sqm) develops over two levels. This last section of road that leads to the villa is steep and narrow and is unsuitable for vehicles with low clearance.
