The Villa is completely independent, all rooms have a private bathroom, there is a large kitchen and a beautiful living room with fireplace, as well as a large garden and a private, panoramic swimming pool. The wi-fi is free. THE POOL IS OPEN FROM THE MIDDLE OF MAY TO THE LAST SATURDAY OF SEPTEMBER. THE POOL IS FOR THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE GUESTS OF THE HOUSE AND USE IS NOT ALLOWED BY OTHER PEOPLE OUTSIDE THOSE STAYING IN THE HOUSE. Pisa can be reached in about 10 minutes. Lucca in about 20 min. Florence in about 50 min. 2 km away is the Certosa di Calci, where you can visit the Natural History Museum and the beautiful interiors of the convent.
