This superbly renovated villa enjoys a wonderfully strategic position, within easy reach of the famous spa centres of Montecatini and Monsummano Terme and the main art cities of Tuscany – such as Florence, Pistoia, Lucca and Pisa – and also of the beautiful Versilia coast. The property consists of two separate buildings: the main villa and an annexe with a loggia for dining in the open air and a kitchen with a fireplace and barbecue. It is therefore the ideal choice for big families or groups of friends that wish to spend their holidays together. The property is surrounded by a spacious lawn with olive trees, equipped with sun loungers, beach umbrellas and a table. Close by is the enclosed swimming pool (12 x 6 m, 1.35 m deep)(01/05-30/09) with WC (for the disabled).
