Undoubtfully the jewel in the crown is the massive wrap-around undercover entertaining deck boasting stunning country views, an outdoor kitchen, multiple bar areas & a wood fire pizza oven (wood and utensils supplied) It’s possible you may not leave this area once you arrive.
Inside the home is spacious and will comfortably sleep up to 10 guests, comprising of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All bedrooms are of generous size, and each has its own direct access to the outside.
The open plan set up of the home allows friends, family and children to socialise and commune but also have their own space. The floor-to-ceiling sliding doors opening out to the deck makes a seamless transition to alfresco living.
Normanville, which is not far has a striking stretch of coastline where the rounded hills of the Fleurieu Peninsula plunge down to the sea. The township is nestled between the hills and the pristine dunes. The beach is strikingly clean with clear water and fine white sand and is a very popular beach for families because of this.

This is a rural home and there are some unfenced dams in the distance and some electric fences close by.
Children must be supervised at all times.

The TVin the master bedroom only works using a Chrome Cast, this is supplied.
No Built-in Air Conditioning (Two portable units available). However this house has ample ceiling fans and doesn't usually heat up, a nice breeze flows through the home. Each bedroom has the ability to open sliding doors to allow a cool breeze throughout the house.
Guest: Limit of 6 adults max at this property, the rest of the guests can be made up of children.

No built-in air conditioning apart from 2 portable units.
Pets: Pets are strictly upon request only. Livestock and horses are kept on the property, so any pets will will need to be contained.
