What is The Shed Luxe?
The Shed Luxe is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom studio set in a beautiful, quiet rural residential neighbourhood.
The name The Shed Luxe originates from the fact that the studio is actually situated in what looks to be a large farmhouse-style shed.
Once inside that 'shed feel' disappears as you are greeted with a comfortable and modern space to call home!
The studio comprises of a main bedroom with 1 x Queen Bed and a second bedroom with 2 x King Single Beds - perfect for a family of 4.
There is an open plan living, dining and kitchen (complete with washing machine) that flows onto a spacious alfresco area.
The alfresco area is fully under covered complete with outdoor setting and BBQ...........and did I mention an ocean view?
Where are we located?
The studio is located a 3 min drive (or about a 25 min walk) from Hallidays Point Town Centre where you will find the Hallidays Point Tavern, Coffee Shops, Supermarket, Butcher and Liquor Store. The nearest beach is Red Head Beach which is a 3 min drive (or about 20 min walk).
Who are your Hosts?
My husband Garret and I (Danielle) live on-site (in a fully detached house 100 or so metres from The Shed Luxe). We will be on hand to check you in however we will leave you to enjoy your holiday without further interruption (P.s: we are only a phone call away if you need anything to make your stay more enjoyable or advice/recommendations on places to eat and things to do in the local area).
The 2 most important things to our family when we go on holidays is privacy and cleanliness and be assured you will get both of these when staying with us.
Respect for Our Neighbours
The only request we ask of our guests is to respect the beauty our neighbourhood has to offer. To ensure this we ask that noise is kept to a minimum after 10:00 pm. Parties or large volumes of people gathering in the studio are not permitted and you will be asked to leave.
We are all up for having a good time however retaining the peace and quiet of our neighbourhood is paramount.
Please note: We are unable to provide WiFi to the studio due to very slow NBN speeds at the property. If this is important to you please arrange to bring your own mobile broadband dongle.
