This enchanting 1960’s inspired beach house is situated within a 5-minute walk to the renowned Old Warbro Beach. The house offers an open plan living and dining area kitchen, 3 large bedrooms and separate bathroom/laundry/storage area and games/outdoor retreat. You will be woken up to the sound of crashing waves most mornings and then sounds of the 2 magpie families who call the two large front pine trees home.
The open plan living space has generous kitchen with everything you need to prepare everything from a toasted sandwich to a full home cooked roast. You will find a separate bathroom/ laundry with a top loading washing machine.
The house is ideally set up for professionals needing accommodation for International or interstate work, study or sporting events as it has king single beds to accommodate a team or group coming to Perth. Two of the single beds can be placed together to make King Bed if needed for a couple (just let me know the configuration of what you are needing, and we will set up ready for you on arrival). It can accommodate a short/medium or longer term stay (med - long term rate can be offered at a lower rate depending on the length of stay).
It has enough parking on the property for up to 5 cars (or trailer) with a single shed, open car park and then 3 cars on the long driveway to the back on the house.
It is within walking distance to local shops, bus stop out front to train station for easy access to the city and all Universities, Garden Island (Navy bases), local major construction projects on Kwinana strip, vibrant Mandurah activities and local hospitals (Saint John of God Murdoch and Fiona Stanley on direct train route).
Water lovers will love this spectacular water playground with boating, jet skis, fishing, snorkelling. Nature lovers will enjoy marine and bird with many dolphins and pelicans in the area. Swim with the dolphins which operate out of Rockingham Beach.

Please Note: the house in situated in a family neighborhood so no parties or loud noise after 10pm will be tolerated. Smoking is also requested to be outside of the house.
