Our custom designed tiny house is located on 4 acres in a native bush setting high on the hill overlooking the spectacular Discovery coast. With ocean views spanning from 1770 to Deepwater national park, you won’t be able to take your eyes off the stunning view. Enjoy it from inside the tiny, from the huge deck, the fire pit on the point or even the sunset swing.
Only 6km to the main beach and shops, you are sure to love your stay in our little slice of paradise.
The space
You’ll enter the property by coming all the way up the hilly concrete and gravel driveway, park up, grab the key from the lockbox and enter via the huge undercover deck. The deck has a gate to keep your fur children in (and/or your human children) and is complete with an outdoor lounge, festoon lights and outdoor dining set (plus some killer views).
The lounge room has a built in couch and opens up to a full kitchen and bathroom. The toilet is an eco loo composting toilet, and all water in the house is rain water.
Up the stairs (be careful, they are steep) is a lounge/tv room with a double fold out lounge lovers sofa bed and television.
Across the hall is the cozy main bedroom with a queen size bed, storage and electric opening sky light so you can stargaze from the comfort of your bed on a clear night.
There are lovely caretakers (Joey and Casey) at the bottom of the property that can help you out if you run into any issues during your stay.
Guest access
You’ll have access to the tiny house and the whole 4 acre property. The only section off limits is the caretakers fenced yard at the bottom of the property.
This 2 Bedrooms Cabin provides accommodation with Air Conditioner, Pet Friendly, Balcony/Terrace, for your convenience.
