The Space:
As you enter on the ground floor and head upstairs to level 1, you’re welcomed by a modern open-plan layout. The stylish kitchen sits at the centre, with the living area on one side and a sitting area on the other. Sliding glass doors open to an outdoor patio framed by tropical plants, featuring a dining setting for four and steps down to a charming small garden, creating an easy flow between indoor and outdoor living.
Inside, the living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a smart TV and air-conditioning to keep this level comfortable year-round. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, electric cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pod machine, kettle and toaster. The adjacent dining and sitting areas are beautifully styled with a dining setting for six. Also on this level is the laundry and a separate toilet, complete with a front-loading washing machine and sink. Upstairs you’ll find three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire three-storey townhouse, double garage and private patios. There is also free street parking available.
The Neighborhood:
Leave the car in the garage and explore the area on foot! The beach is just a 4-minute stroll away (250m), and the townhouse sits only a few hundred metres from scenic coastal walking tracks, playgrounds, and local coffee spots. Moffat Beach and its lively main street, filled with cafes, restaurants, and a large playground, is 750m away (about 10 minutes on foot). Kings Beach, a patrolled beach with a surf club, oceanfront pool, cafes, and another playground, is only 1.1km from your door.

Getting Around:
It's ideal to have a car to explore and get around the Sunshine Coast. There are local bus services that operate in this area should you need it, the home is approximately 500m to Edmund Street where bus services are available and operate to Kawana/Maroochydore/Mooloolaba (northbound) and Caloundra (southbound).
