Suitable for a family of 4 -5. Bookings are strictly limited to maximum 6 persons only (extras are not permitted). Maximum 4 adults.
We love our neighbours & our home & therefore NO parties are permitted. In fact, out of respect for our neighbours, no loud music or noisy behaviour after midnight will be tolerated.
Breaches of these requirements will affect return of your Security Bond.
Our property has only 2 external security cameras that are NOT to be tampered with. If you don’t like the cameras on the deck and driveway then please don’t book. The cameras cover the whole deck area the front door and driveway.
BOND/DAMAGE CLEANING PROTECTION - We do take a $500 security bond which will be refunded 14 days after your stay as long as no damage to furniture/fixtures has been made. If the property is left dirty and messy, we will also take additional cleaning costs out of this bond. Put all dishes away in cupboards before you leave (don’t leave on sink).
PLEASE NO High heels to be worn in the house.

Split system air conditioning for heat or cooling.
