Our retreat is located in Brigadoon, 45 minutes from the CBD and 30 minutes from the airport.
Looking to relax and unwind. Our home is the place to do just that.
Set amongst the trees in the beautiful Swan Valley, our home is waiting for you. Set on the highest part of the block, the house overlooks the pool and pool house. The main property is fenced from the dam and bush land at the back.
Our property boasts a beautiful swimming pool for you to relax and unwind in or just sit back and enjoy the peace and tranquility.
There are wineries, breweries and restaurants a short drive away, and the cuddly animal farm also. Whistlers' chocolate factory, Yahava Coffee, Mondo nougat factory, local honey and gelato only a fifteen-minute drive.
Kangaroos roam freely and there is an abundance of birdlife.
The house consists of 5 bedrooms (4 Queen beds, 2 King Single beds) Main living area with dining, kitchen and TV area. Wood heating. A separate lounge room with smart TV, WIFI is connected via satellite and if you wish, you can connect your Netflix or favourite streaming service. There are 2 bathrooms, one with large corner bath.
Shampoo, conditioner and body soap are supplied. Reverse cycle air conditioning and heating.
The pool house consists of a kitchen with BBQ, Wood fire Pizza oven, Fridge, toilet, bathroom with shower. Football table, table tennis table and in the summer, you can enjoy the 16 metre swimming pool.
Music must be kept at a nice level for consideration of our neighbours. Pool house operation times are between the hours of 7.00am to 10.30pm and 12.30am on New Year's Eve, rules enforced and instructed by the council.
Only the booked amount of people is allowed on the property, unless prior approval has been sought. Any extra guests without approval are a breach of the rules.
There are two security cameras installed, one at the side of the garage, the other on a tree looking out to the driveway and gate they are simply to monitor the number of guests at the premises. They are not in a place that will be intrusive to your stay.

All linen provided, 1 house towel per person, instant coffee, tea and sugar, coffee pod machine available.
Pool towels are NOT supplied.
Bucks, hen's and /events parties in general are not allowed, this is not a party house.
Please be aware that we live amongst the bush so there is wildlife, birdlife and insects about.
