Surfside Retreat is more than perfect for the family holiday getaway. Fully self contained with 3 bedrooms all with built in robes andall new flooring in all bedrooms. Main bedroom with aqueen bed & private ensuite . The two second bedrooms both have 2 single beds in each. The Main Bathroom has a seperate shower and bath & = seperate toilet.. TV &stereo in lounge area. Reverse cycle air conditioner to the open plan living, dining & kitchen areas. Ceiling fans inall bedrooms. Electric hot plates, under bench oven, fridge/freezer and microwave in a well stocked kitchen plus a large chest freezer to store all the fish you catch. Washing machine is in the seperate laundry.
BBQ and outdoor setting set in thefront private paved courtyard. Back clothes line area is paved and the unit is fully fenced. Undercover parking for 2 cars and room for a boat. Short walk toBlue Holes and close to all beaches. The location is perfect.
