A second living space is open plan, complete with cosy seating, a TV and a wood heater.
The well-appointed kitchen and dining area have all you need to prepare and enjoy meals, with a six-seater table and additional seating available at the breakfast bar. Arthur's Seat Eagle, a state-of-the-art gondola that offers sweeping views across the Port Phillip Bay coastline towards Melbourne, is a 15-minute drive, as is beautiful Dromana Beach where you can swim, picnic and make use of BBQ facilities.
