Bathroom semi-ensuite to master bedroom, with bath, separate shower , Auto washing machine and separate toilet of the laundry.
Gas BBQ and outdoor furniture on small back patio. Small rear yard is fully enclosed. No Lawn, paving only ( not a lot of undercover area for pets).Front has lawn, single carport, room for small boat (dinghy). No Parking on the Lawn due to reticulation please. Walk out the front door and you are virtually on the river also veryclose to townand beaches. $50 dog fee applies. WIFI connected

Kalbarri now has a new cycle/walk path that runs the length of the town foreshore and passes the newly completed, awesome environmentally friendly huge pirate playground.
