We are less than 1 minute from the beach, golf course, shops, playground, tennis court, outdoor barbecue and hotel. You’ll love my place because of the outdoor space, it's large backyard and other opportunities eg fishing, walking, swimming and exploring . We are a short drive, along the Great Ocean Road to other attractions eg 12 Apostles, Loch Ard Gorge, Port Campbell, Timboon, Warrnambool and more. My place is ideal for couples, a group of friends, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). We have a trampoline in the garden also which the children love.
Our home is split into 2 separate private accommodation areas and you will take over the entire ground floor which includes the garage, large back garden, bungalow at the back which can be used to relax (TV and video set up) or convert the sofa into a bed and use it as a studio for you or other guests. You will have 2 showers and toilets. One is in the living space downstairs but there is also one especially built outside so that it can be used when you come home straight from the beach. If you are staying in the bungalow then you will also have access to this shower, toilet and laundry. We have a barbecue available for you to use anytime.
