UPDATE FOR WINTER - FIREPIT AND FIREWOOD INCLUDED IN ALL STAYS. A room in a separate guest wing with private access and continental breakfast included. Our house backs onto a beautiful private lake with an infinity pool where you can absorb into nature. You can go for a dip in the pool, soak in the view from the deck, laze in the hammock, play ping pong, take a stroll around the lake, or just sit under the patio and take a moment to relax. With kitchenette, laundry and shared bathroom only with the other guest room. We are close to bus stops, Swan Valley, shops, parks, restaurants and pubs.

Our house backs onto a beautiful private lake with an infinity pool. Soak up the abundant nature, birdlife, fish and relax watching and soaking in the rain and gorgeous winter weather. If you're keen, you can go for a dip in the pool, or instead soak in the beautiful view from the deck, laze in the hammock, cook on the charcoal or gas BBQ, drink wine while gazing at nature, play ping pong/soccer table, go for a walk around the lake, or just sit under the patio and take a moment to relax. The choices are endlesss!! The lake is abundant with fish, and array of birdlife including swans. The house is in a safe and quiet street surrounded by a friendly neighbourhood.

There is a bus stop 4 minutes walking from our house which takes you directly to the city centre (and other locations) in approximately 30 minutes.
We are located not far from The Swan Valley where you can taste and visit some of the best wineries in Australia, our home is also close to shops, parks, restaurants and pubs.

Rent a bike, bus or uber - it's very easy access to explore Perth and the Swan Valley to taste some of those great local wines!

About the House:

The house is a large 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home secured by 4K High Definition CCTV Cameras with private undercovered parking, an infinity pool, BBQ, small gym, Charcoal BBQ, Laundry, Outdoor lounge, patio, ping-pong table, soccer table, outdoor dining table and chairs, air-conditioning and heating.

The room is located in the East-Wing of the house where the entire Wing would be for your own private access.

The bathroom has both shower and a bath (and it may or may not be shared, depends on the occasion of a second tenant renting the other East-Wing room).
There is an electric fry pan for cooking, a microwave, kettle, rice cooker and outdoor BBQ.

About the Room:

The room is large and secure. It includes a desk, wardrobe, queen bed, TV, kettle, tea and coffee facilities, fridge, microwave, wine glasses, glasses, plates, bowls, cutlery, cheese board, knife, tongs, wine/beer opener, mugs, cleaning facilities and iron.

Internet and NETFLIX is included inside the room with access to the Fastest Australian NBN internet.

Nice and aromatic candles are included for romantic nights inside the room.

We are a young friendly family with a super friendly dog who stays separate to you but can be cuddled upon request!

We have hosted many students and adults alike (many times) and absolutely love experiencing new cultures and food and would love to welcome you into our private paradise.
