Allawah has a brand new designer kitchen with Electrolux appliances, including 2 x wall ovens, built in microwave, dishwasher and induction cooktop. It also has a new LG Fridge/Freezer with a water and ice dispenser plus it also has craft ice.
The kitchen is fully equipped for entertaining with, wine, champagne and cocktail glasses, plenty of platters, salad/serving bowls, cheese board and knifes, oven bakeware, even chop sticks!
The upstairs living space has a large formal dining table that seats 12 people which flows through to fully furnished lounge room with leather sofas and occasional chairs. The smart TV has Netfilx and a separate sound bar for playing your own music.
This lounge has bifold doors that open up to the top balcony. By midday this balcony is in full shade and catches the coolest sea breezes and has spectacular views day and night.
Allawah has a little bit of history, with the staircase and landing coming from the original Townsville Jail. These unique stairs will take you down to the huge games and lounge room where you will find another smart TV with Netflix, and soundbar, billard table, dart board, kids books and board games.
This room also has a leather sofa, bar table and stools.
This is the level where you will access the swimming pool which has amazing colourful pool lights, cabana/day bed, alfresco dining table plus a huge decking with another table for BBQ's.
