This beautiful apartment is located in Belmont, only 5 min drive to the Perth International and Domestic Airports, 5 min to the Swan River and shopping centre, 10 min drive from the Perth city and about 15 min drive to Swan valley. This is a great place to base yourself and explore Perth.
The apartment is fully furnished and self-contained.
The apartment is open planned living with stylish décor with a functional kitchen.
All bedrooms and living room have split aircon (cooling and heating) to ensure your comfort during your stay.
There are 2 bedrooms and 2 toilets in the property. There is a laundry and one common outside sitting area

The fully functional kitchen is complete with all brand-new appliances including a dishwasher, a fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, ceramic cooktop, kettle, toaster, rice cooker. We also provide a dish rack and cooking necessities including pots and pans, professional knife set, cutting board, crockery, seasoning, cooking oil, etc.
Ample kitchen consumables are provided such as dishwasher tablets, dish washing liquid, sponges and rubbish bin bags.
