Little Fern House is a tropical hideaway located in Mudjimba, in the heart of the Sunshine coast. Located only 800 meters from the beautiful golden sands Mudjimba beach, an ideal escape for those wishing to rest & relax in this tropical oasis, also conveniently located to enjoy the local cafes along the beach boulevard.
Mudjimba is an untouched hidden gem which has maintained its local laid-back beach vibe out of the hustle and bustle, but at the same time is less than 15 mins drive to Maroochydore, Cotton Tree, Coolum, Peregian Beach & Mooloolaba & 25 mins to Noosa & Eumundi Markets.
Little Fern Hpuse is pet friendly. Arriving to Little Fern House you will enter the natural light filled open plan living area and dining, which straight away makes you feel like you are on holiday with the coastal / plantation dΓ©cor. This area then opens onto a relaxing alfresco outdoor seating and dining area that is surrounded by a private tropical garden.
Downstairs there are two generous bedrooms with super comfortable beds & quiet ceiling fans, a main bathroom with shower and separate bath. There is also a fully contained laundry, and a separate toilet.
Upstairs is the secluded air conditioned master bedroom with a king size bed and quality comfortable mattress, as well as a quiet ceiling fan. There is a double walk-through wardrobe and spacious private master ensuite bathroom. This bedroom is lovely in the evening catching those coastal breezes. It also has a wall mounted TV.
