Located in the village of Fossato di Vico, at the foot of Cima Mutali (1120 meters above sea level), it is just a few kilometers away from major attractions such as Monte Cucco, Gubbio, Assisi, Perugia, and the Frasassi Caves.
The apartment, located on the ground floor of a stone farmhouse, features an entrance leading to a spacious dining area with wooden beams and direct access to an outdoor patio. This patio, equipped with an oven and barbecue for exclusive use, faces the garden shared with the other apartments.
From the dining area, one can access a charming kitchen on one side and a living area on the other, the heart of the apartment, which boasts a picturesque fireplace.
