Welcome to my apartment in Simiane-Collongue, a charming Provençal village between Aix-en-Provence and Marseille. A true haven of peace in this peaceful and green setting. The terrace offers a view of the countryside and you can enjoy your part of the garden without being overlooked.
You are ideally located for exploring the region. Whether you are travelling alone, with family or friends, my accommodation offers you comfort and serenity in a privileged setting.
Our 130 m² apartment is located on the first floor of the villa, surrounded by a large 4000 m² garden. It consists of:
- A spacious living room opening onto the kitchen, with a sofa, a stove for warming up and table football for convivial moments
- A large equipped kitchen with a large dining table. Coffee machine Nespresso.
- 2 bathrooms: one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, with 2 toilets.
- 2 bedrooms with double beds (200cmx140cm and 200cmx160cm)
- 1 bedroom with a comfortable sofa bed (190cmx140cm)
On your arrival, you will find the following items for the start of your stay (kit not replenished):
- Washing powder and cleaning products
- 2 rolls of toilet paper, shower gel
- Sugar, tea and coffee (one dose per person)
- Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Linen is provided (towels, tea towels and sheets).
