Positive: The location was good and convenient. It is a very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. The house was very clean.

Negative: No cold water in the toilet and the floorboards are too noisy. The back door was jammed and difficult to open. The shower is leaking water on the floor which makes slipping in the bathroom highly likely.
