Positive: Great and so helpful staff. Incredibly environment, good location to explore the region. The included complimentary service of the Luxury Eco tents is superb. Interior very cosy. The nights are cold although there is heating, but no insulation, so bring warm clothes with you if you come winter time.

Negative: Everything was wonderful, didn't encounter any problems.
