Summary: All the bad: difficult to find since the place is not very obviously marked, so my Uber driver and I had to deduce where it was. This is me saying this because I just moved here to Australia. The grass was a little tall when I arrived, but it did get mown the next day after I got there. Construction is ongoing a few doors down, so you'll have the occasional sounds. Otherwise, it's a quiet complex. One giant cockroach popped up in the walls on my first night out, but it was never seen again throughout my week there. The TV was a bit of a pain to work with, because after five mins, it would pause and say there wasn't enough memory for the program to go through, so I didn't really use the TV. All the good: The place was clean and equipped with all the things you need - hot water heater, towels, shower stuff, kitchen items, and a table, laundry, desk, cleaning supplies, so it was really convenient for my transition to student life and my adjustment. Aryan was also an excellent communicator so whenever I needed something, he was very responsive and even allowed me an early checkin. Overall, I am very pleased. You hear the birds outside every morning. It is super convenient to campus (30 min walk) or walk 5 mins to Bus 412 heading into Uni for a 10 mins bus ride. Would book again if I needed to.

Summary: The apartment was roomy, very comfy and well stocked with everything you could need. Close to UQ, city cat ferry station, bus stop, golf course. The host, Aryan was very easy to communicate with and very prompt in responding.
