Summary: The reviews were not good, but we needed a house that slept 16, so we thought how bad can it be?Overall the house was clean and large enough for the advertised "sleeps 16".BUT“A fully equipped kitchen” - l think not, 3 spoons, only 2 glasses in the cupboard 1 broken, and from the mixture of crockery there weren't enough bowls. No dishwasher. “You can cook anything” - 2 pots, 1 had rust, no oven trays, a few miscellaneous pans, no foil or baking paper. Even the kettle was missing its lid handle. The tea towels smelled absolutely terrible, so we went and bought our own. Inner back door (and balcony doors and some windows) do not lock, so you have to lock the back security door and remove the key as it doesn't have a screen, definitely a safety hazard if you need to evacuate. The master bedroom is lacking curtains on side windows so the neighbours across the road could see in. Power point in the laundry had been sticky taped to the wall but it had fallen out. (Photo taken)Chairs in the dining room were terribly ragged.It mentions sofa beds, but these weren't actual beds, just couches. No outside seating. Broken chair on upper balcony.
