Avoid eating in bedrooms (cleaning fee may apply)
Leave all refillable bottles (e.g shampoo, sprays) on site—$30 replacement fee per bottle
Do not tamper with security/safety devices (e.g front-facing security camera, smoke alarms, smart lock) – tampering will incur $500 fee and cancellation
💧 Occupancy & Fees

Additional guests (including infants) must be approved and incur $50/night

Late check-out without prior agreement may incur $50/hour rescheduling fee
