We are Vilma and Carlo,
We welcome you at our independent accommodation, located in the pretty little town of Moglio, a hamlet of Alassio, at 200 m above sea level. 3 km from the beaches and the railway station. It is our holiday house, where we spent the summer holidays for many years with our children.
The house is equipped with everything needed to make guests feel comfortable. The neighborhood is a Saracen village full of typical Ligurian alleys, perched on the hills close to the Alassina bay. In the hamlet there are grocery stores, including an irresistible bakery, a cozy bar with newsagent and tobacconist in the main square and a drugstore. During the summer the typical Ligurian festivals are organized. The area is rich in fauna and flora of the Mediterranean scrub and offers the possibility of truly spectacular panoramic walks, surrounded by nature.
It is an excellent solution for those who want to enjoy the Ligurian sea, the nightlife of Alassio, which is only 5 minutes by car, but also the tranquility and summer freshness. There are three floors, on the lower floor there is a very large bathroom (with shower and laundry room), on the mezzanine floor there is the living area with a service bathroom and a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. Upstairs there are two adjoining bedrooms with a balcony. Included in the price there are the car park and bicycle place near the entrance and a convenient garage in the center of Alassio that reduces the 'parking stress' to zero. It is suitable for 4 guests and in particular: a family of 2 adults + 2 children / teenagers + possibly 1 extra bed. Alternatively, it is also suitable for 2 adult couples with a sofa bed available in the living room. The independent heating, with designer radiators, makes the accommodation practicable even in winter. It is equipped with LED satellite TV, washing machine, refrigerator, induction hob, electric oven, iron, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer. Bed linen and towels are included in the price, as well as utilities for short / medium periods.
