This lovely home does have a fireplace however, firewood/firestarters are BYO. Firewood, fire starters and matches can be bought at either the local Mobil service station or the IGA. There are 2 portable heaters for downstairs to keep cosy during the colder weather.
Please be aware the property strictly NOT a party house. Please be mindful of neighbours and restrict noise after 10pm. If excessive noise does occur, we will be notified via neighbours or the Police.
We also ask that you do not bring or consume alcohol in the hot tub area. If you do make use of the beautiful spa, please ensure it is left clean and DO NOT 'top up' the water as this interferes with the chemical balance. If the spa is not left in good working order - you may be liable for the cost of cleaning. This is the result of some previous check out issues with guests.
The property has a smart TV that comes with modern streaming platforms like Netflix, Kayo, Amazon Prime, Stan, Disney+, Apple+ etc. Guests are welcome to use the guest profile that is already logged in during their stay however no paid services are allowed. There is currently no free to air TV access
