A 5 minuti a piedi dal Borgo Medievale di Capalbio, vieni a scoprire le bellezze della Maremma, in un paese tranquillo tra le colline e il mare. Perfetto per famiglie e coppie amanti della natura. E' una casa confortevole, dotata di riscaldamento autonomo (non di climatizzatore perchè il clima è fresco anche d'estate) e perfetta per tutto l'anno, con paesaggi unici e indimenticabili, da godersi sul balcone. La spiaggia è comodamente raggiungibile in 15 minuti di macchina.
L'appartamento, recentemente ristrutturato, ha metratura 120 mq ed è composto da due camere matrimoniali e una con due letti singoli a scomparsa (che può essere usata come studio visto che è dotata di scrivania). Sono presenti due bagni, uno con vasca e doccia e uno solo con doccia e bidet. In salotto il tavolo da pranzo è allungabile fino a 6-8 posti.
L'appartamento si trova in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa, ma non mancano ristoranti e locali notturni, bar e fiorai, nonché la farmacia, alcuni alimentari e un tabaccaio. A due passi c'è anche la fermata del bus che consente di andare al mare senza dover prendere la macchina e, soprattutto, cercare parcheggio!
The apartment is located just outside the walls of the ancient part of the town of Capalbio, in the middle of the Maremma area, that is famous for its beautiful hills and unforgettable seaside. It is just 15 mins by car from the beach (I recommed Macchiatonda and Ultima Spiaggia).
The apartment has been recently renovated and it is 120 square meters and it is divided into 3 rooms (2 with a double bed and one with two single beds), two toilets (one inside one room) and a spacious living room with a balcony from which you can admire the mount Monteti. I personally love sitting on the balcony while drinking a cup of coffee and looking at the beautiful view.
The town of Capalbio is situated up on a hill, so the temperature is great and sufficiently windy throughout all the year. The apartment is situated in a quiet area that is sufficiently served with restaurants, bars, pubs, grocery stores and a bus stop from which you can take a public transport to go to the beach.
