A perfectly situated 1-bedroom apartment with a large courtyard, moments from everything yet whisper-quiet at the rear of a boutique building. Equipped with everything you`d expect in a serviced apartment: luxury Leif toiletries, weekly cleaning, professionally cleaned linen and towels, all kitchen utensils, Nespresso machine, and onsite laundry. A perfect base for your Sydney visit, across from a lovely park and just 2 minutes` walk to the Sydney Metro. Features AC, heating, Wi-Fi and smart TV
While not huge, the apartment does have everything you may need. The master bedroom has a king bed and we can also set up a baby crib there if you require. The other main room has both the lounge and kitchen in one open space. Also the lounge turns into a double bed fold out bed. We have a pillow topped mattress topper to ensure the fold out bed is comfortable. The courtyard is large with seating for up to 8 and private, perfect for relaxing in the sun
(Please note we take sanitizing extremely seriously and due to potential COVID-19. We use hospital grade disinfectant on all surfaces before any guests arrive we have our own professional cleaners to ensure a safe environment )
Guests have full access to the private apartment, also they have use of the courtyard, and communal laundry facilities.
We have a contact who lives onsite for problems however we are available in case of problems and only live 5 minutes away.
This is a wonderful neighbourhood, close to everything, with great restaurants, bars, cafe`s just a few moments walk. It`s a very safe part of sydney but also with great access to everything Sydney has to offer. There are also 3 supermarkets within close proximity.
Public transport is your best bet, there is plenty of street parking but it`s by the meter. The bus is only 2 minutes walk and North Sydney station is about 10 minutes walk.
I suggest arriving by metro as it’s very easy and close by. Arrive at the Victoria cross station. exit miller St North. Then turn right onto miller st. And then right onto ridge st and walk to 89 ridge. St. This makes it easier with bags as it’s all flat.
- it`s a quiet residential building so noise after 10pm is discouraged and the courtyard is not to be used after 10pm
