Internet access provided (password in guest book at property).
Split system heating/cooling; fully equipped kitchen (some food has been provided for guests); linen and bathroom towels provided (highly recommend guests bring their own beach towels).
Washing machine and dryer; iron and hair dryer provided.
Entertainment provided including large screen 65" television; basketball ring; adults and children's games and books. Small BBQ Weber available. Second small tv room available in study nook.
Side access available for where jet ski is stored (please contact owner directly if you wish to borrow the jet ski- additional charges apply).
Close walk to front beach (5-10 min walk); in close promixity to Clifton Springs boat ramp (2 min drive) & Curlewis Golf Club (5 min drive); and easy access to local wineries, nurseries, cafes and shops. 15 min drive to Point Lonsdale & Queenscliff;
10 min to Portarlington; 13 mins to Ocean Grove; 18 mins to Barwon Heads.
Easy entry into property using key lock combination which will be provided to guests on day of entry into property.
Please note we are very mindful of our wonderful neighbours and request our guests are respectful with noise. Please ensure any loud noise or music is turned off before 10pm and no loud noise/music to begin prior to 9am of any day. It is a very quiet, peaceful area and would like to keep it that way.
*Pets upon request (small, house trained, non shedding hair dog breed may be ok- please ask). Please note due to allergies, unable to accommodate cats.
