Como Luxe is spacious, modern, family friendly and conveniently located. It is fully furnished and equipped to feel like a home away from home.
It is ideal for a family on vacation, business trip or a place to stay whilst you build your dream home or plan your relocation to Perth.
We offer special rates for longer stays to match the length of your stay, with month-by-month payments and flexibility to commit to an initial period and extend your stay as you need to, with the added security of a lease agreement for stays over 90 days (subject to availability).
The house has 3 bedrooms, a living area, dining area, laundry and courtyard.
The master bedroom has a comfy queen sized bed.
The second bedroom has two bunk single beds.
The third bedroom is set aside from the other two bedrooms with its own study nook and double bed.
All the bedrooms and living area have reverse cycle air conditioning keeping you cool in summer and warm in winter.
Fresh linen and towels are provided for each registered guest.
The kitchen is equipped with modern electrical products including fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle and toaster.
The dining table can sit up to 6 people and has a comfy chill out area where you can read a book and enjoy a cuppa.
The office space is located at the front of the house so you can have the privacy of working from home whilst the other guests entertain themselves in the living area. A big screen monitor, HDMI cable and printer is provided. There is also an ergonomic chair for your comfort.
The laundry has a washing machine and dryer. The clothesline is located in the court yard.
The courtyard is fully enclosed, private and very secure so you can enjoy some time outdoors and the kids have plenty of space to play.
This property has convenient keyless entry. Making checking in a breeze. If early check in or late check out is required we will try our best to accommodate your request for no extra charge.
Parking is available on the driveway or on the verge.

We are only a short 17 min drive from the airport (approx $28 fare with Ola/Didi/Uber). Transport is available 24/7 and can be booked/reserved anytime by downloading the relevant ridesharing app.
