The property is a self contained unit with dedicated entrance, even though it is connected to the main home, designed to maximise the very best of relaxed hills living. Owners are on site and under main roof as well. There are no shared spaces inside between guests and owners.
Fully self-contained and sleeping up to a maximum of 8, the unit is perfect for two people looking for a weekend getaway or for a larger family or group of friends there are 3 queen size bedrooms and an additional bathroom available. The master bedroom has a king size bed en-suite. The living and dining room adjoin the self contained kitchen in open plan. Be advised there is NO oven in kitchen.
The apartment has reverse cycle air-conditioned and linked by verandah off main house to heated pool, ( in summer only) BBQ deck and tennis court.

There is ample secure parking in a gated yard. Parkerville Equestrian Center is just 700m away through the trees.
