The property is situated opposite the renown Pond used by many windsurfers and kiteboarders. There are 4 bedrooms of which 3 have double beds and the 4th large bedroom contains 3 bunk beds. The property can accommodate up to 8 guests. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs as is the laundry with separate toilet and shower. Upstairs there are 2 other bedrooms, main bathroom with a step up bathtub/shower, separate toilet, the main living area, consisting of a large kitchen, meals area and family room with amazing views of the ocean. There is a large dining table that can seat 8 guests .
