A large, atrium-style bathroom sits just off the back deck — perfect for rinsing off sandy feet or peeling off wetsuits after a surf. The laundry is also located on this level for added convenience.
The home stays comfortable year-round with a wood heater and reverse-cycle air-conditioning.
