This brand new 1 bedroom apartment has been completed in January 2023. It is fully self-contained with open living area and full kitchen with breakfast bar for casual dining. The beautiful queen-sized bedroom retreat offers an open shower ensuite with brushed metal fittings, frameless screens, and double his and her vanity. The WC is separately tucked away in it's own area. Both the living area and bedroom has ceiling fans and heaters. The apartment has recently had a/c installed along with a remote controlled sun awning so is very comfortable during the summer months. The bedroom has 2 rails of blinds which include block out blinds and a privacy blind that lets in the light but no one from the outside can see in.

Summary: Very comfortable home in an unbeatable beachside location. The kids loved being able to just walk across the road to the beach and come back and have a hot shower before entering the house. The cool beachy granny flat/studio was a great place for the kids to chill out without being under our skin and we loved the level lawn for backyard cricket. The Manly and City bus at the door made it very easy to get around and see the sights of Sydney.
