An old charm Cottage that has been completely renovated, 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet. The Kitchen has quality appliances, an open plan dining room that opens onto a fabulous under cover outdoor alfresco decking area complete with barbeque. This is a great place to relax over a couple of drinks. The bedding configuration is Queen Bed in Main Bedroom, Queen Bed in Second Bedroom and 2 single beds in the third bedroom with room for another rollaway if required.
There is a 55" plasma connected to Foxtel.
The cottage is over the road from a Park where the kids can run free.
Only a 3 minute drive into the main street or the bus stop is nearby.
We allow pets but no inside the cottage. There is a designated dog yard within the back yard.

Summary: Good, spacious property with almost anything you are likely to need during a short stay. The deck out the back is lovely in the sun, and provides additional area. I found the bed I was in comfortable, and the blankets cosy. Having an ensuite as well as a main bathroom was very helpful. It’s in a good location, I wasn’t bothered by traffic noise, though it is on one side on a fairly busy road. The location was very handy to get to Dean Street, either a few mins drive or a 20 or so minute walk away. There is a park across the street from the property on one side, with a community garden and some play equipment. It’s an older house with some renovation and is well set up. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the property as a good option. I stayed with my husband and 3 kids. When I briefly had a hiccup getting in to the house on arrival the property manager answered my call and resolved this straight away. It was also really helpful that there was some washing liquid and dish washer tablets provided.
