Relax in winter in front of the fire and enjoy the scenic rural views from the open plan kitchen/living/dining. After a day out exploring, enjoy a BBQ surround by nature in one of the 2 BBQ areas available for guests.
Both bedrooms are spacious with views out to the bushland. The master bedroom has a queen bed and is located downstairs. The upstairs open plan loft includes a queen bed and two single beds. A full-sized modern bathroom downstairs services both bedrooms.

Kookaburra Cottage is one of four cottages available to rent on the estate. The property is ideal for one family or small group of friends. Group bookings (up to 22 people) can be accommodated across all cottages.
Well behaved dogs are welcome at Kookaburra Cottage subject to approval. Dogs are an additional $30 per night, per animal plus $500 pet bond.
Sleeps 6. All linen except cot linen & beach towels is provided.

Master suite (downstairs) – Queen bed.
Loft (upstairs) – 1 x queen bed, 2 x single beds.
This property is self-catering; however, a welcome pack of essential items is provided. We also provide a porta cot and highchair – we do request that you bring along your own cot linen and mattress protector.
