You have your own space, privacy, parking and your own private entrance. A 12 min drive to the city and 5 minutes to Mitcham Shopping Centre. It is a 20 min drive to the airport. Bus stop and train station is close.
Close by there is Windy Point hilltop Restaurant with panoramic views. There are walking trails and superb views at Randell Park Reserve which is a 5 min walk away.
The Space - Your guest apartment is fully self-contained with a separate entrance. Features include a spacious master bedroom with a queen bed flooded with sunlight. There is also a second bedroom with a double bed also light filled. Quality bed linen and bath towels are provided.
A wide front entry will open to the kitchen. A short walk down the hallway opens to the lounge and dining area. In the bathroom there is a shower and bath tub and also a separate toilet.
