Downstairs includes a queen bedroom, a room with a single and bunk bed, and fifth bedroom with a bunk bed, suitable for children, along with a family bathroom with both a bath and shower.
The home includes reverse-cycle air conditioning and an open fire for year-round comfort. Please note there is no Wi-Fi, providing the perfect opportunity to unplug and enjoy time with loved ones. Ample driveway parking is available, and as the property is part of a working organic vineyard, pets are not permitted. Please note that there may be machinery, tractors, and spray units on the farm from time to time. All spraying is organic.
A starter pack of firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you require extra firewood, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores.
