Timber, stone, and concrete materials have been used to stunning effect, and water lilied ponds and garden borders create a lovely sense of space and sound. The beautiful infinity pool and large covered outdoor dining space, complete with tepanyaki barbecue, and outdoor bar/dining are central to the house design.
With three dining areas, entertaining and relaxing is easy in this stylish yet very comfortable home barefoot luxury indeed. There s four corner suites in 2 pavilion precincts, with the twin bedrooms ideally centrally located for children. There s also a loft bedroom above the main complex with large stone balcony overlooking the gardens. The kitchen island bench is huge, and looks through a 3m wide glass panel which opens up to the outdoor entertaining space. Nothing has been forgotten, with walk in pantry and fully equipped with quality European appliances, glassware and crockery.

A landscaped courtyard lead out to a half sized tennis court also suitable for volleyball/basketball.
