Our lovely holiday home in South Yunderup, one hour's drive south of Perth via the Kwinana Freeway, with water views and canal frontage on two sides, is available for short or medium term rental to caring people, who want to relax and recharge their batteries. It is suitable for 6 adults sharing a relaxing and enjoyable time, but not for parties and/or schoolies bookings.
Being a waterside property without safety fences it is important to keep in mind that the safety of children is always the responsibility of the guests.
The home is at the end of a quiet street, with total privacy on two sides. It is suitable for 6 people and has 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds and one with a double bed. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with toilet and a separate toilet and the laundry is equipped with a washing machine, iron & ironing board.
The comfortable lounge with water views everywhere is equipped with a flat screen TV and a DVD player. Wifi/internet is not available unless a personal phone with hot-spot is used.
There is a private mooring at the front and a launching ramp for medium size trailer boats. For larger boats there is a public launching ramp nearby.
You can watch many birds, various waterbirds, swans & ducks and quite often dolphins from the home or landing. You can also swim, fish, or use the two Kayaks available for our guests.
South Yunderup is part of the beautiful Peel region, which is well known for its crabbing & fishing, bird life and dolphins, etc.
The entire home, except for the garage, is available for your comfort and enjoyment.
