White Sands Beach House is a magnificent 4-bedroom beachfront home, plus a separate self-contained studio/multi-purpose room which doubles as a fifth bedroom. The house accommodates up to 12 guests. Located in a quiet residential street, the house backs onto the dune reserve and the white sandy beach beyond is an easy stroll from the house.
*Accommodation Details*
The main home overlooks the beach reserve with floor-to-ceiling sliding doors. The home is filled with light and captures the essence of the relaxed beach lifestyle. All of the living spaces, kitchen, laundry and powder room are on the ground floor with the 4 bedrooms, including the master bedroom, on the second level. The north facing courtyard and stunning solar heated pool, with its casual outdoor lounges it is a great place to chill out and relax. The fully fenced yard is pet friendly on application.
At the front of the property is a self-contained studio with private access, and opposite is the multi-purpose TV room with a queen foldout couch for 2 extra guests.

The multi-purpose/TV room is separate from the main house, providing a place for the kids to watch TV or an additional bedroom if required. The studio is self-contained with its own kitchenette, lounge, TV and dining for 2.

Its proximity to Coolum Beach, Noosa Heads and Sunshine Coast Airport is not its only attraction - within 20 minutes you can be in the Hinterland exploring Maleny, Montville and surrounding areas. For those who enjoy an early morning challenge or beautiful sunset, Mt Coolum is 2km away.
The white sandy surf beaches are uncrowded and offer great surf for board riders of all levels. It’s popular for families and fishing, and is pet friendly. The house is located 500m from Marcoola patrolled beach and surf club.
Golf enthusiasts should pack the clubs, as the popular Twin Waters and Mt Coolum Golf clubs are a short drive from the house.
There are several local cafes within easy walking distance and it's just a short drive to the local shopping centre at Mount Coolum or 10 minutes to Coolum Beach.
