A lake front condominium in the heart of Muskoka. This condominium is located on the Rosseau Estates property. With the best of everything, this space is very private as it is set downhill from street level and yet just steps up to all the eclectic shops and local restaurants. The condominium has two patios. One is a more public space near the main entrance to the unit with chairs and open access to our BBQ row. The main terrace is private with an unobstructed view of the dock and Lake Rosseau.
Park your car and don't use it again until you leave, you can walk or boat anywhere you need to go from here. This rental comes with a dedicated boat slip on the common dock. Our Boat slip is viewable from the private unit terrace. The unit also has one dedicated covered parking space. The condo has a newly renovated full kitchen stocked with all the pots, pans, dishes and cooking utensils guests should need. This unit has a gas BBQ grill. The propane tank for grill may be exchanged at the Home Hardware just down the road if you run out. Other essentials like clean sheets and towels are provided to get guests started using the space. Washer and dryer are available on the condo property. Limited quantities of paper products and cleaning supplies are also provided for quests upon arrival.
