This is a great house which features: 2 living areas both featuring air conditioning and Flat Screen Tv & DvD's, full lounge suites and ocean views. There are 2 decks upstairs, one at the front and one at the back of the house, giving you alfresco dining options to either follow the sun or keep out of the wind. Open both sides and allow the summer breeze through the living area.
The kitchen is well equipped including a dishwasher and electric cooking, there is a central dining setting and sliding doors leading on to a second deck that has the gas BBQ & outdoor setting. The lounge area has large couches, TV and access to the front deck.
It's just a short stroll to the Smiths beach store and patrolled surf beach. There is also direct beach access almost opposite the house down a beach track
This house really does have amazing views and has been furnished with all new quality fittings. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, living area, kitchen & bathroom. Downstairs is the 3rd bedroom and lounge area with tv, dining table, Foosball with heaps of games etc. and a portacot.
