The villa is on three floors and every floor has its own entrance. The main entrance is the one on the garden with the stunning view of Florence.
The villa has 2 large living rooms, one dining room, a beautiful typical Tuscan kitchen fully equipped with a refrigerator, ice maker, dishwasher, oven, burners, microwave oven, espresso coffee maker, percolator, tea pot, toaster.
On the upper floor there are the bedrooms. Three double bedrooms and two bedrooms with two single beds each. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and a wardrobe area.
There also is a library with a small studio, a cellar and a laundry room.
All the materials and textile used are precious and valuable and their peculiarity are the bright colors that permeate the villa with style and pleasantness. All floors are either in Tuscan Cotton or wood.
To enjoy the outdoor area there is a patio with a barbecue, a wood oven and a covered dining area where you can wine and dine overlooking the beautiful city of Florence and its Duomo.
For your extra comfort the villa has a heated swimming pool where you can relax with the view.
For stays of 7 or more days, a weekly change of sheets and towels and a quick daily tidying up of bedrooms and bathrooms.
On request and not included in the rate are breakfast, grocery shopping and/or delivery, a cook for lunch or dinner, change of sheets and towels (for stays of less than 7 days), cleaning.
Host have access to the entire villa, to the private parking space and to the swimming pool
This is a residential area on the hills in the outskirts of Florence, scattered by villas and farms surrounded by olive groves and vineyards with a stunning view of the city.
Villa Duomo is 5 min walking distance from La Lastra area on the Via Bolognese, where there is a bar, a small grocery store, a gas station, the post office and the bus stop for bus n. 25 that brings you to Piazza San Marco.
It is only 10 minutes away by car from the center of Florence and from the charming Fiesole.
From the Via Bolognese you can reach Mugello in about 30 minutes, beautiful both because of its naturalistic interest and because of the various sports you can practice: surf, hang-glider, trekking and horseback riding.
Villa Duomo is only 10 minutes driving distance from Piazza della Libertà and from Fortezza da Basso (location of many exhibitions and events) where you can easily find parking and from there walk to the center of Florence.
It is only 5 min walking distance from La Lastra area on the Via Bolognese, where there is a bar, a small grocery store, a gas station, the post office and the bus stop for bus n. 25 that brings you to Piazza San Marco.
Heading north from the Via Bolognese you can reach Mugello in about 30 minutes, beautiful because of its naturalistic interest, because of the various sports you can practice: surf, hang-glider, trekking and horseback riding and because of its enogastronomic experience.
In 1 hour you can reach the coast and the sea driving through Pisa, Lucca and Pistoia.
Heading south (1 hour drive) you can reach Siena and Arezzo.
