The property is completely fenced-in and includes a beautiful swimming pool (10x5, 1.2-1.8 m deep) (15/05-17/10), barbecue and a large pergola for outdoor dining, all of which are surrounded by hedges and flowers. Attic: 1 double bedroom in the attic with panoramic view and bathroom with shower. In the basement: a large study/bedroom with double sofa bed.
