• Enjoy the big block with plenty of lawn and shade with an outdoor entertaining area. We have banana, lemon, lime, mango, paw paw, passionfruit and pomelo trees so please help yourself to the fresh fruit when in season.
• For the more adventurous there is a pizza oven waiting to be used in the garden area.
• There are 2 driveways with ample space for multiple vehicles. The property can fit 4-5 cars in total or a car and caravan in each driveway.
• We have a hard copy local's guide on cafes, restaurants, playgrounds, markets, national parks and local activities will be provided. This is a great little resource to discover Darwin's hidden gem's that you may not have otherwise found! It is on the kitchen bench ready for your arrival.

Jingili is central to Darwin, it is less than a 5 minute drive from the airport and 15 minutes to Darwin City. The Rapid Creek markets are a 15 minute walk on a Sunday morning via the Jingili Water Gardens, or the Nightcliff markets is a less than 10 minute drive. The property is 1.5km from Casuarina Square Shopping Centre.
